Cops, Nazi's, Leninists - Look out!

Mjha'li Kalteza'

Greece - More than 6,000 radicals marched from the Polytechnic University to the U.S. embassy to commemorate the end of the end of the U.S. backed 7-year military dictatorship that collapsed amid widespread unrest in November 1974. Anarchists also took action to commemorate the 1985 police murder of student radical Mjha'li Kalteza' and actions in solidarity with rioters in France. A French supermarket in Thessaloniki was burned down and the embassy attacked with red and blue paint bombs. In Athens anarchist gangs rampaged through the city beating up and chasing down police officers. One police car and one police minibus were set on fire after anarchists forced the occupants out.
